From the North
Take Northern State Parkway to the Meadowbrook Parkway, Exit 31A. South on Meadowbrook Parkway to Exit M1West, Old Country Road. Go 2 traffic lights and make a left onto Clinton Road and proceed 3 traffic lights and make a left onto Stewart Avenue. Approximately 100 yards on the right you will see a large sign for FEDEX/ BOCES/ EPILEPSY FOUNDATION. Enter driveway and make first right. Epilepsy Foundation is the second building on the left.
From the South
Take the Southern State to Exit 22N, Meadowbrook Parkway. Take Meadowbrook Parkway North to Exit M3W, Stewart Avenue West. After exit turn right at light onto Stewart and proceed Westbound approximately 2.5 miles. Large sign described above will be on your left. School buildings will be on your right. Turn left into the Fed Ex/ EPILEPSY driveway and make your first right. Epilepsy Foundation of Long Island is the 2nd building on the left.
